Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is free forever and needs no credit card. You get 3 workspaces, 4 boards per workspace, 50 items per board, 5 custom categories, 2 collaborator seats, full encryption and cloud sync.
What does Super add?
Super raises the limits to 10 workspaces, 6 boards per workspace, 100 items per board and 50 custom categories, adds 3 collaborator seats (5 in total), raises the archive to 10,000 items per workspace and removes ads.
How much does Super cost?
Super is $5.99 per month, billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Super starts with a free trial, so you can try the higher limits before you are charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When you cancel, Super stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account goes back to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Extra workspaces stay readable, but you cannot create new ones above the Free caps until you are back under them. In a workspace with more boards than Free allows, your oldest boards stay editable and the rest become read-only. If more collaborators hold seats than Free includes, the earliest to join (or the ones you choose) keep access and the others are paused until you upgrade or free a seat.
How do collaborator seats work?
Seats are counted per account, not per workspace. Inviting the same person to several of your workspaces uses one seat, and you as the owner never use a seat.
